Leighton
Leighton is a 12 year old from Minneapolis, Minnesota who loves to DANCE! She trains at Summit Dance Shoppe and she is entering her 6th season as a competitive dancer. Leighton loves all styles of dance, but her absolute favorites are jazz, contemporary, lyrical, point, and acrobatics (ok, basically everything!). Throughout her career, Leighton has earned numerous regional and national top placements, titles, and scholarships. She is especially proud to have finished the 2023 season with top 3 overall placements in 12 competitions and is the Radix Jr. National Solo Champion 2nd runner-up. She was honored to finished the 2022 season with 10 first place overall and title awards. Leighton is excited to start 7th grade this Fall; her favorite subject in school is math and she is an avid reader. In her free time Leighton enjoys hanging out with friends and can’t get enough of swimming in the ocean and skiing in the mountains. Leighton’s go to dance outfit is a BErefined booty brief and crop top set. She LOVES BEing a part of BEcollective with so many kind and amazing dancers from around the country and looks forward to another year representing SimplyBE!
